Easy Chocolate Truffles Recipe |
INGREDIENTS:
Optional coatings: coloured or chocolate sprinkles, cocoa powder, finely chopped nuts or coconut flakes |
METHOD: Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler with the condensed milk. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla. Pour into a bowl and chill for 2 - 3 hours until firm. Shape into 1" (2.5 cm) balls and roll in the coating(s) of your choice. Store in the fridge.
