Tomato - Cucumber Raita Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • dash of chili powder
  • 1½ cups plain yogurt ((375 ml)
  • 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1 sweet green chili, chopped
  • 1 small chopped tomato
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala (3ml)
  • METHOD:

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

    Cover and chill well before serving, garnish with coriander leaves or parsley.
