INGREDIENTS: Syrup: |
METHOD: Preheat oven to 375°F or 190°C Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together and then cut in the margarine or butter. Stir in the raisins and then make into a dough using milk. Spread the dough in a large baking dish and pour the syrup over it. Bake for 40 minutes until risen and top has browned nicely.
