Green Onion and Coriander Raita


An excellent raita or yogurt salad to go along with your favourite curry or Chili con Carne! These yogurt salads help take the bite out of hot spicy foods and are excellent in their own right as a summer treat.

Green Onion and Coriander Raita Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh chopped coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • dash of ground cumin
  • 1 - 2 cups plain yogurt (250 - 500ml)
  • METHOD:

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill well before serving.
