Baked Cauliflower au Gratin with Red Peppers Recipe |
INGREDIENTS: |
METHOD: Steam the cauliflower and red pepper until tender, drain and arrange in an oven-proof container with the green onion. Mix together the cheese, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and spread over the vegetables. Bake at 400°F or 200°C for 15 minutes or so until browned.
