olive oil or butter 2 eggs (must be at room temperature) 2 cups flour (284 gm) salt, pepper or seasoning to taste |

Pour oil, butter, or drippings from roast beef into containers (ceramic ramekins give great results!) and heat in oven with main
course. For Toad-in-a-Hole: pour Yorkshire mix over sausages in greased large baking dish and bake till done.
