Tomato - Cucumber Raita

dash of chili powder 1½ cups plain yogurt (375 ml) 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced 1 sweet green chili, chopped 1 small chopped tomato 1/2 tsp garam masala (3ml) |

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill well before serving, garnish with coriander leaves or parsley. |
