6 - 8 precooked beef sausages (Johnsonville Brats are recommended) |

Preheat baking dish in oven for about 10 minutes with 2 tsp (10 ml) olive oil and 2 small pats of butter. Bake until batter is golden brown and firm - test for interior doneness with a skewer. Serve with gravy and lots of mashed potatoes. |
