Teeny Burgers!
(Mini Hamburgers!)


3 pounds lean ground beef (1500 gms)
1 tsp salt (5ml)
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce (10 ml)
Ground black pepper to taste
3 crushed garlic cloves
2 very finely chopped onions, lightly fried till translucent
2 eggs
2 pkg Oxo beef bouillon or equivalent

1 batch of white home-made bread, made into 60 miniature hamburger buns, with sesame seed topping.



Mix the ground beef and all the other ingredients together in a large glass bowl.
Use an egg cup to measure out each hamburger patty. Roll in the palms of your hands and flatten to shape.
Place on a large well-greased baking tray and spritz lightly with olive oil before baking at 350°F or 180°C, turning once, until properly cooked.
Slice the mini hamburger buns and place the mini burgers in them. 

Enjoy!! Makes approximately 60 Teeny Burgers.
