Green Onion and Coriander Raita


1 tbsp (15ml) fresh chopped coriander leaves

salt to taste

2 green onions, finely chopped

dash of ground cumin

1 - 2 cups plain yogurt (250 - 500ml)



Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill well before serving.
