Mexican Chili Pizza
Mexicano Pizza


250 grams lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, cut into strips
1/2 red pepper, cut into strips
2 tsp chili powder (10ml)
1/2 cup hot thick salsa (125ml)
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce (10ml)
1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese (100gm)
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese (100gm)
12" round pizza crust



Start by making a mini-version of Chili con Carne in the following manner:
Brown beef with onion, peppers in large frying pan, add chili powder. Drain excess fats. Stir in salsa and Worcestershire sauce. Spread this mixture over pizza crust and sprinkle with cheeses.

Bake at 425°F or 220°C for 10 - 12 minutes until crust is golden-brown.
