Homemade Bread
made by bread machine

• 1 cup water (237ml - 8 fl oz)
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil (30ml)
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 tsp salt (3ml)
• 2 tbsp white sugar (30 ml)
• 2¾ cups white bread flour (305 gm - 10¾ oz)
• 1½ tsp dried yeast (7ml)

Place liquid ingredients into the bread-pan first, followed by dry ingredients and finally the yeast.

Set machine for white bread, large loaf and select crust colour of your choice.

After cycle has completed, remove from baking pan and brush top with melted butter.
