Greek Grilled Chicken Breasts


1 chicken breast per person, skin removed

oregano

olive oil

1-2 minced cloves of garlic

1 lemon

salt and pepper to taste

parsley



Make small slashes in the chicken breasts and then place in a container that can be covered, or a large plastic freezer bag.
Pour juice of 1 lemon along with a little olive oil. oregano, dried parsley, garlic and seasonings into a cup and mix well before pouring over the chicken breasts in a bowl.
Cover and leave for at least 40 minutes, shaking occasionally to ensure total coverage.

Grill the chicken on the barbecue, brushing with left-over liquid.
