Greek Grilled Chicken Breasts

1 chicken breast per person, skin removed oregano olive oil 1-2 minced cloves of garlic 1 lemon salt and pepper to taste parsley |

Make small slashes in the chicken breasts and then place in a container that can be covered, or a large plastic freezer bag. Grill the chicken on the barbecue, brushing with left-over liquid. |
