Garam Masala

3 tsp coriander (15ml)

dash of nutmeg

1½ tsp cumin seeds (8ml)

10 white cardamoms (seeds only)

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (3ml)

1 tsp ground black pepper (5ml)

6 whole cloves



All the ingredients are added to a mortar and pestle and ground together until fine. 

Store in a tightly sealed jar. Use as required for curry recipes.
