Mexican Fajita Pizza

600 gm (1½ lbs) lean sirloin tip, cut into thin strips about 2" (5 cm) long
2 tsp (10 ml) Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp (30 ml) chili powder
2 tbsp (30 ml) spicy ketchup or 1 tsp (5 ml) hot sauce
2 medium onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 red pepper, cut into strips
2 green onions, chopped
4 cups (400 gm) grated Mozzarella cheese
1½ cups (150 gm) grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup (250 ml / 0.4 pint) thick, medium salsa
16" (42 cm) Pizza shell (prebaked)

Marinate the sirloin strips in a mixture of the Worcestershire sauce, chili powder and spicy ketchup for 1 - 1½ hours in a covered bowl at room temperature, stirring occasionally.
Sauté the onions in olive oil until translucent and then add the beef. Cook, stirring frequently to reduce liquid as well as brown the beef. Add the green pepper and continue to simmer till liquid is of a sauce-like consistency. Remove from the heat and mix in the red pepper strips and the green onion.
Spread the salsa onto the pizza shell and top with grated Mozzarella cheese. Spread the meat mixture on top of this and finally sprinkle Cheddar cheese over the pizza.
Bake at 400°F or 200°C for about 15 minutes, until cheese and crust are golden brown.
