Cauliflower au Gratin


1 cauliflower head, washed and divided into individual florets

6 cherry tomatoes, sliced

2 green onions, diced

1 cup (140 gm) grated Cheddar cheese

3/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 tsp (5 ml) ground pepper

1/2 tsp (3 ml) salt



Steam the cauliflower until tender, drain and arrange in an oven-proof container with the tomato slices and onion.

Mix together the cheese, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and pour over the vegetables.

Bake at 400°F or 200°C for 15 minutes or so until browned.
