Investigations of Oxney Bottom

I can neither confirm nor deny any accounts of the events that are described in the pages that link from here, nor assume any responsibility for their content or the activity of their authors, however every effort is made to only feature reports from credible sources. Gentle reader be warned!

Ghost Connections UK:
Kim Slater and the Ghost Connections UK group have been regular contributors to these pages in the past. They have held vigils at Oxney Bottom and reported some very strange experiences. You can check out their experiences by visiting the Ghost Connections website.
Ghost Connections UK were the first to report evidence of ritualistic activity in this area and this has been corroborated by other groups and individuals who have visited the area. Click on the images for a larger picture in a separate window.

Kent Paranormal Investigations:
Shaun and the investigators at Kent Paranormal Investigators have a fascinating account of their visit to the ruined chapel in the distant past when the area was accessible to the public. Their detailed account can be found at Kent Paranormal Investigations. Click on the images for a larger picture in a separate window.

I have just learnt that the ruined chapel of St Nicholas and its surrounding acres of woodland are private property and steps are being taken by the owner to protect the ruin from public access and vandalism.
