My Recipe for Scotch Eggs

I've been making these for a while; instead of sausage meat they use ground lean turkey and bacon and as well as tasting great they don't have all the fats and unknown ingredients that are in sausage meat. I prefer to bake Scotch eggs rather than deep-frying them and I don't add any salt as the bacon gives enough saltiness to the meat. Ideally you will need a meat grinder to process the meats, but you can use a food processor, or finely dice using a knife.
