Barbecue!

 

We love to barbecue here in Canada; almost as much as the Aussies! Sometimes it takes an intrepid barbecue enthusiast to cook outside when there's snow on the ground and it's minus 15°C and I'm proud to say I have done it and the summer-taste of barbecued food has made it really worthwhile.

I have even made pizza on the barbecue with excellent results. You have to use a pizza stone and treat the barbecue as an oven - most websites shy away from giving you this tip as it is possible for some pizza stones to crack if the heat is not evenly spread.

There is also nothing to compare with roast chicken, beef or any other meat done on the barbecue with an electric rotisserie.
